One Goal Series

Overview

SMA Europe One Goal Series

SMA Europe drives and supports a wide range of initiatives spanning research, access, care, and community empowerment. These efforts produce valuable knowledge — from participatory research priorities to policy briefs, clinical trial guides, and care tools. However, outputs have so far been published as stand-alone resources, limiting their long-term visibility and strategic coherence.

To address this, we developed the One Goal Series, a unified, branded publication framework. Grounded in the principle of impact-oriented NPO management, the series connects knowledge production with real-world influence, enabling SMA Europe to better mobilize insights for change.

Our One Goal Series has been assigned the ISSN 3134-6626 for citation purposes.

Community Research Line

Together We Prioritise

This line explores what matters to the SMA community and ensures those priorities guide actions and research agendas. By working together through surveys, participatory methods, and collaborative workshops, we surface the unmet and emerging needs and lived experiences that should drive innovation. These publications give voice to collective knowledge, helping shape a research landscape that reflects the realities of those most affected.
